Building Permit Procedure and Documents

The City of Aberdeen office hours are M-F 8:30am-5:00pm 

If you would like to come in to discuss a building permit, you may do so by utilizing the phone in the lobby and dialing extension 221.

Permit or plans submission:

• Customers may come into City Hall and drop off permits or plans in the City Hall lobby dropbox 
• Customers may submit permits or plans electronically to Kristine Cromwell at [email protected]
• Customers may submit plans or permits via mail to 60 N. Parke Street, Aberdeen, MD 21001 Attn: Kristine Cromwell

 Permit Payment:

• Customers may pay in person M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm 
• Pay online 
• Customers may drop payments off to the City overnight drop box 
• Customers may mail in payment to 60 N. Parke Street, Aberdeen, MD 21001 Attn: Kristine Cromwell; note please include the building permit address and phone number on the check or envelope.
